#SoG128 - #noLetter
Yo! Today is one of those days that I could kill to have. Worked a bit, met some friends, got a new client, learnt so many new things, gave gyaan to kids, read some. I just hope I could find time to write.
While there is a lot to write about, a lot to pass on, I am at no state to write. Right now, I need a bed and the AC at 20.
But then, I promised that each email will be worth your time. I don't have lessons per se but you can read (and learn from) the following...
https://www.recode.net/podcasts/2019/3/4/18247010/chamath-palihapitiya-social-capital-happiness-identity-crisis-kara-swisher-teddy-schleifer-podcast - An account of how one of the most successful people in the Silicon Valley lost his way. And is trying to find his way back.
https://startupboy.com/2019/03/22/rational-optimists/ - in this post, Naval says that if you want to change the world, you ought to partner with people that are optimists (and not cynics or pessimists). And he explains why it helps to have rational people around.
https://scroll.in/reel/893699/india-today-anand-patwardhans-documentary-reason-holds-a-troubling-mirror-to-the-headlines - an article on a documentary by Anand Patwardhan that takes a hard look at the "clash" between Hindutva organizations and everyone else. I have this tendency to stay away from politics and other such things, as I read this article, I was angry and scared at the same time. Do read it.
So yeah, that's about it. More tomorrow. Promise.
Thank you for reading,
@saurabh

PS: I lost one more subscriber today. Is this a sign that I need to "pivot" the letter into the three that I spoke about?
